What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?
The "Actual Disc" mark indicates that it is our own image of the exact disc you will receive. There will therefore be NO variation in color shades or stamp.
All discs marked "Actual Disc" are also weighed by us with precision scales. Since manufacturers often have a larger margin of error on the scale, you may experience receiving a product that is marked with a different weight.
We group discs that have identical colour, stamp and weight together, so you may find that there is more than 1 in stock of a disc marked "Actual Disc".
What weight should I choose?
What weight should I choose?
Short answer: Is there a difference of a couple of grams between the different variants? Then it doesn't matter much.
Long answer: In general, a lighter disc is often easier to throw for beginners, but is more affected by wind and can be perceived as less reliable. Furthermore, a lighter disc will "skip" forward less when it hits the ground. Experiment with different weights to discover the differences.
If you buy a disc under 170g, it is considered a "lightweight disc". It can be beneficial to experiment with lighter weights, especially for beginners and players who struggle to get up to speed on the disc.
Discraft Archer is an under stable midrange released during the Ace Race in 2016. It is a very good touch disc that gives a very straight throw if thrown on a hyzer flip. For beginners, this is a disk that really shines. Whether you struggle with power, angle or both, the disc will deliver results, and for many this will be the disc that flies the longest.

Z is Discraft's most hard-wearing and durable plastic, which means that the disc retains its flying properties for a very long time. It is harder and slightly more overstable than ESP.

I love this disc. Once it's beat in, I can put my full trust that it will fly the same path over and over again. Gentle turn to the right, slow fade to the left. Great midrange for beginners, as the understability allows for greater range and the consistency helps with learning accuracy. (Nivå på anmelder: Nybegynner)
Z Line Plastic - Super beginner friendly. I bought a second one for my 66 year old new to disc golf dad and he uses it to tee off straight and loves it. As for me? For anything beyond a simple flick my forehand is hot garbage...backhand turnovers all day with this thing (or at least the once or twice a round a 250-300 foot backhand turnover is needed). This is a great beginner disc. I was throwing Heats and loving them, and my then girlfriend was struggling to throw the Heat as her arm speed was still pretty low. We stepped her down to an Archer, and it was perfect for the three or four months before she refined her throw and got up to a Heat. The Archer during that time covered plenty of distance and worked great. I would definitely contend with the numbers ratings and give it more of a 6/5/-3/1. For those looking a flippy fairway/mid range though I definitely don't advocate for this over the Glide. I'd say this is for beginners, for intermediate arm speed mid/fairway range flips, go Meteor or Glide. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
The best midrange out there for those who cannot throw forehand. This is the most reliable disc when I need a shot that turns to the right (RHBH). The titanium plastic is excellent. I also recommend this disc for uphill shots as the understableness matched with a little hyzer flies perfectly uphill straight with a very small amount of fade. For downhill shots I recommend a lot of hyzer angle, otherwise the archer will keep hard right. One of the best discs that I've ever had. I grip the archer off the tee with a power driving grip as this seems to keep the flight true. For shots 150 or less I use my midrange fan grip and rest the disc right in my lifeline and its just easy breezy to land it exactly where you want. (Nivå på anmelder: Viderekommen)
Straight flying disc. I like to throw with a light forehand and it goes very straight with a little bit of fade. Will probably become more under stable the more it is thrown and the faster it is thrown. Great disc. (Nivå på anmelder: Nybegynner)
