What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?

The "Actual Disc" mark indicates that it is our own image of the exact disc you will receive. There will therefore be NO variation in color shades or stamp.

All discs marked "Actual Disc" are also weighed by us with precision scales. Since manufacturers often have a larger margin of error on the scale, you may experience receiving a product that is marked with a different weight.

We group discs that have identical colour, stamp and weight together, so you may find that there is more than 1 in stock of a disc marked "Actual Disc".

What weight should I choose?

Short answer: Is there a difference of a couple of grams between the different variants? Then it doesn't matter much.

Long answer: In general, a lighter disc is often easier to throw for beginners, but is more affected by wind and can be perceived as less reliable. Furthermore, a lighter disc will "skip" forward less when it hits the ground. Experiment with different weights to discover the differences.

If you buy a disc under 170g, it is considered a "lightweight disc". It can be beneficial to experiment with lighter weights, especially for beginners and players who struggle to get up to speed on the disc.

If you have never tried the original Fairway Disc for the Innova, you owe it to yourself to take it out for a spin. This disc is designed with incredible balance, providing exceptional glide and an incredibly straight finish. This disc is money.  I've been looking for my go-to gap hitter disc, and had previously tried an Innova Hawkeye, Streamline Drift, and Leopard 3 for the slot.  Off a slight hyzer, I can throw about 300-325` of power, and keep the disc on a low line-drive straight for 90% of the flight, with a slight fade at the end.  Off a 300-325` power light anhyzer, it will add a slight bit of turn, and really hold to it for the majority of the flight, only really flattening out in the last 10-15%. The Phantom Sword is the old PD, so fans of the old Discmania disc know what to expect.  The flight is exactly as you would remember.  It has crazy glide with the stability to give great control.  I can almost get the same distance out of this disc as my much faster distance drivers.  The champion plastic is a little gummy and has great grip.  I'm so glad Innova kept this mold and will continue making the Phantom Sword. One of my favorite discs. Feel wise, these have a mild dome and convex rim that is very comfortable. I've thrown the Fairway disc in both star and champion, both of them flew roughly the same. The flight numbers are accurate, it has a little turn, and a little fade. Glide is also accurate, it likes to stay in the air. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)

I missed the Original FD but can absolutely see why it is so popular. I bag a lot of 7 speeds as I max out distance wise right now at about 300' (approx. 18 months playing as of this review). This disc is just so easy to throw. Laser straight for me and just an amazing disc all around. I have this in star plastic and it is a staple in the bag. Depending on weather I want the extra glide or not this and the Hawkeye are now staples in my bag I Consistently reach for if I have a point and shoot shot lined up. Consistent, easy to throw and accurate are too good to pass up. Would definitely recommend trying it. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
