What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?

The "Actual Disc" mark indicates that it is our own image of the exact disc you will receive. There will therefore be NO variation in color shades or stamp.

All discs marked "Actual Disc" are also weighed by us with precision scales. Since manufacturers often have a larger margin of error on the scale, you may experience receiving a product that is marked with a different weight.

We group discs that have identical colour, stamp and weight together, so you may find that there is more than 1 in stock of a disc marked "Actual Disc".

What weight should I choose?

Short answer: Is there a difference of a couple of grams between the different variants? Then it doesn't matter much.

Long answer: In general, a lighter disc is often easier to throw for beginners, but is more affected by wind and can be perceived as less reliable. Furthermore, a lighter disc will "skip" forward less when it hits the ground. Experiment with different weights to discover the differences.

If you buy a disc under 170g, it is considered a "lightweight disc". It can be beneficial to experiment with lighter weights, especially for beginners and players who struggle to get up to speed on the disc.

Diamond is a disc suitable for beginners, children and players who do not throw very far. It is only produced in weights between 145-159g, something about which makes it easy to cast and control. It is understable with good glide and minimal fade.

Retro Line plastic:
Retro Line is our most affordable plastic. In the mid 80's Disc Golf had just come up to Latitude 64° and we were playing all night through the midnight sun. We remember those days with nostalgic feelings and wanted a plastic that would remind us of how it used to be. For a long time we have received requests that we make discs that can be recorded more easily. Test after test led us to this plastic mix which we have named Retro.

Very understable and definitely a beginner disc. I primarily forehand and originally used this for sharp turnover shots or longer hyzer flips. Very programmable disc depending on release. That is until it beats in. It has taken a long time but once they beat in their torque resistance of a forehand release is sketchy at best and they turn over much faster (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)

My armspeed is about 8 (7 on a bad day 9 on a good day) but thrown at full power (for me), it has something like a -4 or -5 turn, brand new, first throws.  (I have a Sidewinder and Heat, both just one speed up and also "-3 turn", that don't have anywhere near as much turn as this). This is a disc that is certainly hard to use until you get control of your hyzer. If you don't know what arm speed you have, hold off on this disc until you get that down. The reason? Super easy to throw this one with not enough control and have it just turn into the woods, over a hill, etc. and almost lose it. Once you start getting your form down, however, throw it with some hyzer for it to start flying straight as an arrow for 250+ feet of distance with some fade at the end. You could get more distance on the right hill or fairway, but reserve this one for some fun or practice, then use it to shave strokes off your next game. (Nivå på anmelder: Nybegynner)

This disc is only good for rollers is you've an Intermediate/pro. I got this disc hoping it would be a more understable than my brother's sidewinder, and it was but it was way to flippy for me to do anything else but a roller. Good for begginers who don't have a arm or good for hyzer flip rollers. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
