What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?
What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?
The "Actual Disc" mark indicates that it is our own image of the exact disc you will receive. There will therefore be NO variation in color shades or stamp.
All discs marked "Actual Disc" are also weighed by us with precision scales. Since manufacturers often have a larger margin of error on the scale, you may experience receiving a product that is marked with a different weight.
We group discs that have identical colour, stamp and weight together, so you may find that there is more than 1 in stock of a disc marked "Actual Disc".
What weight should I choose?
What weight should I choose?
Short answer: Is there a difference of a couple of grams between the different variants? Then it doesn't matter much.
Long answer: In general, a lighter disc is often easier to throw for beginners, but is more affected by wind and can be perceived as less reliable. Furthermore, a lighter disc will "skip" forward less when it hits the ground. Experiment with different weights to discover the differences.
If you buy a disc under 170g, it is considered a "lightweight disc". It can be beneficial to experiment with lighter weights, especially for beginners and players who struggle to get up to speed on the disc.
This slow, overstable putter is flat and grippy a perfect point-and-shoot upshot disc. Rhyno is an ultra-stable putt and approach disc that can withstand headwinds. Great for players with a lot of throwing power as the Rhyno stops abruptly and stays close to the basket. It is a must have disc for short to medium up shots and to put into the wind.

This is my go to approach disc and has gotten me some long throw-ins. The one I bag is the Nexus plastic that has a Gregg Barsby stamp, love how the plastic feels. I was given a GStar version which has a similar feel and flight. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
One of the most versatile approach discs of all time, the small diameter and low profile of a flat rhyno make it super useful for both forehand and backhand. They start stable in dx and r-pro and beat into beautiful slow hyzer flip discs. The lack of gilde allows for touch around the green, and I love the feel of the thumbtack. Champion and Halo Rhynos have much more integrity and are overstable, this can be useful in the wind or for short hyzer/flex shot applications. (Nivå på anmelder: Profesjonell)
Saw Calvin throw these so I thought I'd try it. I do not throw like Calvin... (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
Super useful disc. The rhyno feels great in the hand with the thumb track and beaded rim. The slight overstability allows me to trust it on a little anhyzer angle to go straight and land flat. I can throw it anywhere between 80 feet for approach shots and 300 feet for short drives. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
I find this disc beats in to be a great point-and-shoot grippy putter for approaches and putter shots. I've been enjoying using this guy for tight lines and mild turnover putter shots. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
