What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?
What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?
The "Actual Disc" mark indicates that it is our own image of the exact disc you will receive. There will therefore be NO variation in color shades or stamp.
All discs marked "Actual Disc" are also weighed by us with precision scales. Since manufacturers often have a larger margin of error on the scale, you may experience receiving a product that is marked with a different weight.
We group discs that have identical colour, stamp and weight together, so you may find that there is more than 1 in stock of a disc marked "Actual Disc".
What weight should I choose?
What weight should I choose?
Short answer: Is there a difference of a couple of grams between the different variants? Then it doesn't matter much.
Long answer: In general, a lighter disc is often easier to throw for beginners, but is more affected by wind and can be perceived as less reliable. Furthermore, a lighter disc will "skip" forward less when it hits the ground. Experiment with different weights to discover the differences.
If you buy a disc under 170g, it is considered a "lightweight disc". It can be beneficial to experiment with lighter weights, especially for beginners and players who struggle to get up to speed on the disc.
Raptor lets you drive with confidence. It is a must-have disc for forehand players and is also excellent for backhand throws with a lot of power. The disc has minimal spin and a strong fade.

Great disc. love to put it on anhyzer and get good distance and avoid obsticals. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
This disc flies perfectly as advertised, over stable. Out of the box this disc will have next to no flip, oven in headwinds. The real beauty in the raptor is when they are slightly beat up. They can turn into beautiful hyzer flip up discs. Great disc if you can get them up to speed. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
I know what i want out of this disc and it provides exactly that. forehand (for me) is a stable flight, the back hand seems to be more overstable than forehand (Nivå på anmelder: Nybegynner)
When I take this disc out of the bag I know exactly what it will give me. The feeling of the ESP FLX plastic sets the tone. The rim depth is impeccable, and the grip is insane. The straight flight out of the hand with the uber reliable fade gives the forehand player exactly what they are looking for. Thrown on an anhyzer, this disc will hold that line and fade back, no matter what. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
I'm a forehand dominate player and always want a Firebird type disc in my bag at all times. Over the years, I've tried Firebirds, Felons, FD3s, and many others. The Raptor is one of the lesser stable options on the market and is very similar to an FD3 or Sexton Firebird in flight. Overall, all Firebird copy cats feel and fly about the same, Raptor included. The reason I decided to throw a Raptor over its competitors are due to more plastic options, availability, and I wanted to support Paul Ulibarri, who is one of my favorite pro players on tour.
