What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?

The "Actual Disc" mark indicates that it is our own image of the exact disc you will receive. There will therefore be NO variation in color shades or stamp.

All discs marked "Actual Disc" are also weighed by us with precision scales. Since manufacturers often have a larger margin of error on the scale, you may experience receiving a product that is marked with a different weight.

We group discs that have identical colour, stamp and weight together, so you may find that there is more than 1 in stock of a disc marked "Actual Disc".

What weight should I choose?

Short answer: Is there a difference of a couple of grams between the different variants? Then it doesn't matter much.

Long answer: In general, a lighter disc is often easier to throw for beginners, but is more affected by wind and can be perceived as less reliable. Furthermore, a lighter disc will "skip" forward less when it hits the ground. Experiment with different weights to discover the differences.

If you buy a disc under 170g, it is considered a "lightweight disc". It can be beneficial to experiment with lighter weights, especially for beginners and players who struggle to get up to speed on the disc.

The Thunderbird is a speed 9 driver designed for controlled throws.

The Thunderbird has strong bloodlines and is described by many as the Teebird's big brother. With the stability of the Teebird and the speed of the Valkyrie, it can best be described as a recorded Firebird with less fade. The Thunderbird is predictable in the wind and fits perfectly when it is important to have control over the drive. The pros will appreciate the versatility of the disc while the less experienced players will get a super stable and predictable flight path. >Precise throws

This is a fantastic fairway driver. Some of the best shots I've seen have been with thunderbirds, and I even got a $500 dollar ace with one once. Would give a 5/5 review except that I've seen a wide variety of stability from run to run, and plastic to plastic. Bascially, try to buy 2 identacle ones, learn what they do, and they will surely be a stable in your bag (Nivå på anmelder: Profesjonell)

If you want a slight step down from a Firebird or similar very overstable 9 speed, I would absolutely recommend the Champion Thunderbird. I can always trust the disc to fade at the end of its flight, and even despite the overstability, the disc flies surprisingly far. Being an almost entirely backhanded player, the Thunderbird also taught me how to throw a forehand since it is incredibly hard to turn over. I might be adding a new star plastic Thunderbird to the bag soon to see how it compares. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)

I recently got a champion thunderbird and have been breaking it in. Brand new the disc has got some beef, and I was interchanging it with my Terra which has 8\5\0\3 flight numbers. After around 2 months of playing with it consistently, it has fallen into its flight numbers quite nicely. I can trust this disc in a headwind and rely on it for both backhand and forehand shots. It took a bit to get used to the feel as my champion destroyer has a much less stiff top, but as I have broken into the disc it feels great for both forehand and backhand. Great disc. I love the Teebird and wanted to get something with a similar flight while adding a bit more distance. This seems to be the perfect disc for that. Reliably stable finish but has a long straight push before that. (Nivå på anmelder: Nybegynner)

Gosh I wanna like it so bad but just can't figure it out. Probably flick player who throws 400. Wanted the less stable firebird longer teebird shot but for me sometimes it was too stable sometimes I flipped it. (Nivå på anmelder: Viderekommen)
