What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?
The "Actual Disc" mark indicates that it is our own image of the exact disc you will receive. There will therefore be NO variation in color shades or stamp.
All discs marked "Actual Disc" are also weighed by us with precision scales. Since manufacturers often have a larger margin of error on the scale, you may experience receiving a product that is marked with a different weight.
We group discs that have identical colour, stamp and weight together, so you may find that there is more than 1 in stock of a disc marked "Actual Disc".
What weight should I choose?
What weight should I choose?
Short answer: Is there a difference of a couple of grams between the different variants? Then it doesn't matter much.
Long answer: In general, a lighter disc is often easier to throw for beginners, but is more affected by wind and can be perceived as less reliable. Furthermore, a lighter disc will "skip" forward less when it hits the ground. Experiment with different weights to discover the differences.
If you buy a disc under 170g, it is considered a "lightweight disc". It can be beneficial to experiment with lighter weights, especially for beginners and players who struggle to get up to speed on the disc.

Why do they even make this disc in DX plastic? The edge is too sharp in DX and will not hold up to any collisions. Spring for the durable plastic for this disc because it's meant to be thrown fast. If you can't throw it fast, get a different disc. (Nivå på anmelder: Profesjonell)
Fantastic disc. Halo star plastic was the best thing to ever happen to the destroyer. There is a reason all innova MPO players and those throwing mixed bags bag these discs. The halo plastic does increase the stability a bit compared to the standard runs, and it's not matched to arm speeds not throwing in the 380ft range. If your armspeed isn't reasonably high this will be a meathook disc with a consistant flight even in headwinds. (Nivå på anmelder: Profesjonell)
As a beginner, though some people may disagree, I think the disc really works for me. I know that beginners won't be able to throw the disc true to the flight numbers but it still can work great if their arm speed isnt there yet. Its my favorite distance driver to throw right now personally. (Nivå på anmelder: Nybegynner)
Love the INNVision graphics, hate that this disc gets recommended for any beginning player. I use it pretty much exclusively for flex forehand distance drives, and it performs perfectly for that. 12 speeds in general, but especially something as overstable as a Destroyer, should be avoided by most amateurs until you can reliably throw 350+. If not, disc down to an 11 or 10 speed with similar flight numbers and you'll get much better results. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
This is the original 12 5 -1 3. I have one in my bag as my maximum distance driver when I need more bite at the end. I see many reviews stating that this is a beginner-friendly disc, which is fine, but if you throw in the 300-400 foot range I would choose something a little more understable, like a 12 5 -1 2, 12 5 -2 2, or in a plastic that runs more understable. The Destroyer is a fantastic disc that everyone should try at least once! (Nivå på anmelder: Nybegynner)
