What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?
The "Actual Disc" mark indicates that it is our own image of the exact disc you will receive. There will therefore be NO variation in color shades or stamp.
All discs marked "Actual Disc" are also weighed by us with precision scales. Since manufacturers often have a larger margin of error on the scale, you may experience receiving a product that is marked with a different weight.
We group discs that have identical colour, stamp and weight together, so you may find that there is more than 1 in stock of a disc marked "Actual Disc".
What weight should I choose?
What weight should I choose?
Short answer: Is there a difference of a couple of grams between the different variants? Then it doesn't matter much.
Long answer: In general, a lighter disc is often easier to throw for beginners, but is more affected by wind and can be perceived as less reliable. Furthermore, a lighter disc will "skip" forward less when it hits the ground. Experiment with different weights to discover the differences.
If you buy a disc under 170g, it is considered a "lightweight disc". It can be beneficial to experiment with lighter weights, especially for beginners and players who struggle to get up to speed on the disc.
Hex is one of the most popular discs in MVP's lineup. This is due to Hex's superior consistency as well as its suitability for a wide variety of players. It has a low profile and is the gold standard for straight flights.

Fission® Microbubble Technology produces an ultralight core with evenly distributed microbubbles. The ultralight core allows an even higher GYRO® overmold density in relation to the core, while still remaining in the lighter weight classes - from 145g to 175g.
This produces an entirely new type of lightweight disc that has never before been seen in the sport and goes beyond the capabilities of any other manufacturer. The weight distribution, stability and durability of previous "bubble discs" have all been improved by Fission.

Great overall disc. Fission plastic version does get quite a bit flippy as it beats in. It has a very straight decent to the ground when thrown flat/nose down.. very little fade if any at all. Really a "point-and-shoot" type of disc with nice glide. (Nivå på anmelder: Nybegynner)
My all time favorite mid. It has plenty of torque resistance that I can get it to turn over on hyzer but trust that it'll fade at the end especially when fresh. I bag an Innova Jay as they both have a similar wing shape for a straighter shot with a small pushy fade (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
This is a great disc! I never really liked mid-ranges and thought they just didn't have a space in my bag except for the extremely overstable ones for trouble shots and scrambling. The Hex has changed my mind completely. This disc will hold whatever line you throw it on, it is so straight, but will hold a hyzer angle like a champ. The glide is what sets this disc apart from other straight flying discs. It just goes and goes and really gives you a shot at those long upshots and tee shots. Like other reviewers, this disc can be used for FH shots as well without turning over. Using this disc has really helped me focus on release angles and hitting my lines. Using this disc for a practice round gives me so much feedback. Another positive is the eclipse plastic which glows so bright. Makes night rounds really fun. (Nivå på anmelder: Viderekommen)
Great disc for beginners and advanced players as it holds lines very well and is great for wooded shots and open courses if you have a slower arm speed. Would highly recommend. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
Have this as the Lizottle and is definitely slightly more overstable than a normal Hex. Still a great disc for all arm speeds as it will hold the line you put it on until the end of flight where it will then fade out slightly. Great for wooded courses and would recommend for everyone.
