What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?
What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?
The "Actual Disc" mark indicates that it is our own image of the exact disc you will receive. There will therefore be NO variation in color shades or stamp.
All discs marked "Actual Disc" are also weighed by us with precision scales. Since manufacturers often have a larger margin of error on the scale, you may experience receiving a product that is marked with a different weight.
We group discs that have identical colour, stamp and weight together, so you may find that there is more than 1 in stock of a disc marked "Actual Disc".
What weight should I choose?
What weight should I choose?
Short answer: Is there a difference of a couple of grams between the different variants? Then it doesn't matter much.
Long answer: In general, a lighter disc is often easier to throw for beginners, but is more affected by wind and can be perceived as less reliable. Furthermore, a lighter disc will "skip" forward less when it hits the ground. Experiment with different weights to discover the differences.
If you buy a disc under 170g, it is considered a "lightweight disc". It can be beneficial to experiment with lighter weights, especially for beginners and players who struggle to get up to speed on the disc.
Proxy is one of MVP's most straight-flying putters. It can maintain a very straight line even with low power. Throwers with moderate power will be able to achieve hyzers, anhyzers and straight throws depending on the throw angle. It has a similar comfortable feel to the Envy, making it very reliable and forgiving.

Electron Plastic:
Electron is MVP's "high-tech" Baseline plastic, and is designed to be tactile in all weather conditions. Electron is designed to wear slowly with use, which gives it increased glide and a more neutral flight. The Electron plastic is also available in a soft and firm version for the putts.

I know everyone is on the gyro train but the plastic genuinely feels great and the glow lasts for a long time compared to other glow plastics. I don't ususlly throw mvp but this one is a winner. Unfortunately the plastic can be slippery and every throw-in with the eclipse chains right out. They just never stick, the plastic just slides right off the chains. However, it has the straightest flip I've ever seen. It holds turn, it's easy to hyzer flip flat and will even hold a hyzer. It's such a workable disc I was surprised it neither burns right nor hyzers out left hard. It's so neutral while also torque resistant while also won't dump either. It is a strange combination because most discs that are stable enough to resist flipping dump, and most discs that don't dump over flip and burn. Yet it does neither. (NivĂĽ pĂĽ anmelder: Middels)

I use this as a putting putter and absolutely love it as such, especially in the eclipse plastic, which offers a bit more overstability and thus more confidence in the wind. It's also a great throwing putter, although I often will either throw it in plasma if I need to throw it hard off the tee, or if it's a touchy upshot or dead straight tee shot, I prefer the Watt. Still, the Proxy is an amazing disc and has been my main putting putter for about a year now. (NivĂĽ pĂĽ anmelder: Middels)
The 3 star rating is for the total eclipse glow plastic. It doesn't glow nearly as bright or long as regular eclipse 2.0. The two tone does look really cool though. It also feels great and flies well. It just doesn't glow like my other axiom/MVP glow discs. Not a dealbreaker for me. I'd get another one lol. (NivĂĽ pĂĽ anmelder: Middels)
So mine is the full eclipse gyropalooza box one and it's amazing. Great for just about any putter shot. Eventually planning on trying other plastics as well . (NivĂĽ pĂĽ anmelder: Middels)
