What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?
What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?
The "Actual Disc" mark indicates that it is our own image of the exact disc you will receive. There will therefore be NO variation in color shades or stamp.
All discs marked "Actual Disc" are also weighed by us with precision scales. Since manufacturers often have a larger margin of error on the scale, you may experience receiving a product that is marked with a different weight.
We group discs that have identical colour, stamp and weight together, so you may find that there is more than 1 in stock of a disc marked "Actual Disc".
What weight should I choose?
What weight should I choose?
Short answer: Is there a difference of a couple of grams between the different variants? Then it doesn't matter much.
Long answer: In general, a lighter disc is often easier to throw for beginners, but is more affected by wind and can be perceived as less reliable. Furthermore, a lighter disc will "skip" forward less when it hits the ground. Experiment with different weights to discover the differences.
If you buy a disc under 170g, it is considered a "lightweight disc". It can be beneficial to experiment with lighter weights, especially for beginners and players who struggle to get up to speed on the disc.
The Wraith was one of the first high speed drivers that Innova produced. With a speed of 11, it provides long throws and good control for players of all skill levels. It is an excellent downwind driver and also has enough predictability to be used in windy conditions. The Wraith is one of the signature drivers of 12-time world champion, Ken Climo.

The gummy champion is some of the best feeling plastic innova makes. I wish they would make it more often. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
It beat in way too fast. The 149g Star Wraith I picked up a couple months ago is now extremely understable. I stopped using it and gave it to a friend who just took up the game and can only throw 150-200ft. When thrown at midrange speeds it turns over and rolls. When thrown at driver speeds it flips all the way over and lands on its top. I'm pretty disappointed with the longevity of the bubbly Star plastic and will avoid it in the future. I have had better luck with max weight Star discs, but I've been leaning toward Champion more and more for its durability. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)

The Wraith is my favorite driver of all time- Maybe my favorite disc of all time. I have had this in just about every plastic from DX to Star to Pro to Halo Star. I like it in the Pro plastic best because it flies true to the numbers right out of the box. With Star plastic, it has to beat in for a long time to get to that perfect S curve flight. Until then, it is a straight flier that will fade out early. (Nivå på anmelder: Viderekommen)
This was my favorite distance driver for the longest time. (Nivå på anmelder: Viderekommen)
