What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?
What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?
The "Actual Disc" mark indicates that it is our own image of the exact disc you will receive. There will therefore be NO variation in color shades or stamp.
All discs marked "Actual Disc" are also weighed by us with precision scales. Since manufacturers often have a larger margin of error on the scale, you may experience receiving a product that is marked with a different weight.
We group discs that have identical colour, stamp and weight together, so you may find that there is more than 1 in stock of a disc marked "Actual Disc".
What weight should I choose?
What weight should I choose?
Short answer: Is there a difference of a couple of grams between the different variants? Then it doesn't matter much.
Long answer: In general, a lighter disc is often easier to throw for beginners, but is more affected by wind and can be perceived as less reliable. Furthermore, a lighter disc will "skip" forward less when it hits the ground. Experiment with different weights to discover the differences.
If you buy a disc under 170g, it is considered a "lightweight disc". It can be beneficial to experiment with lighter weights, especially for beginners and players who struggle to get up to speed on the disc.

I bought this in the hopes of it being a slightly slower Firebird but found that is not nearly as overstable as the numbers would have you believe. Overall I found it to fly more closely to a Teebird than anything else, perhaps a touch more overstable than one. This may be useful as a fairway that hooks up at the end for a backhand thrower, but it did not handle the torque from forehand throws as well as I wished it would've. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
Definitely less overstable than described here. If you throw with a little bit of anhyzer it will hold forever and fade at the end of it's flight, but not as much as indicated here. I thought it'd be like a baby firebird, but maybe more like a baby thunderbird (Nivå på anmelder: Nybegynner)
I really like this disc. It is a bit less stable than the numbers state. This disc has reliable fade and pushes straight for a majority of its flight. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
As always, Thought Space is killing the stamp game. The Votum was my first disc from TSA and I really like it. It's not as stable as the numbers suggest, but it is still quite stable. Mine is relatively flat and feels great on backhands and forehands. I can throw it flat, it will hold straight with a reliable finish. It will not turn unless you put a decent anhyzer angle on it. Even when I tried throwing it on anhyzer it came back about 75% of the way through its flight. This was also into a mild headwind. I look forward to this being my staple wind fighter and when I for sure need something to fade. (Nivå på anmelder: Middels)
I'm going to keep this sweet and simple. The Votum is my go-to fairway driver. The different plastics vary in stability so you can cover most of your stable fairway duties. I personally bag a Glow (overstable), Aura (slightly less overstable), and an Ethos (stable). Most runs have mild dome, but the Glow are board flat and the perfect forehand disc for me.
