What does it mean that the image is labeled "Actual Disc"?

The "Actual Disc" mark indicates that it is our own image of the exact disc you will receive. There will therefore be NO variation in color shades or stamp.

All discs marked "Actual Disc" are also weighed by us with precision scales. Since manufacturers often have a larger margin of error on the scale, you may experience receiving a product that is marked with a different weight.

We group discs that have identical colour, stamp and weight together, so you may find that there is more than 1 in stock of a disc marked "Actual Disc".

What weight should I choose?

Short answer: Is there a difference of a couple of grams between the different variants? Then it doesn't matter much.

Long answer: In general, a lighter disc is often easier to throw for beginners, but is more affected by wind and can be perceived as less reliable. Furthermore, a lighter disc will "skip" forward less when it hits the ground. Experiment with different weights to discover the differences.

If you buy a disc under 170g, it is considered a "lightweight disc". It can be beneficial to experiment with lighter weights, especially for beginners and players who struggle to get up to speed on the disc.

Magician is a stable fairway driver that can be trusted in most wind conditions. This is a disc that flies straight with little spin, which makes it an excellent forehand disc for beginners. The disc has a narrow "rim", which means that it lies comfortably in the hand for both forehand and backhand.

Typically I don't see much turn, if ANY, when I throw discs with 0 turn, but this magician, well, it's some kind of magic. It has a reliable turn and then a reliable fade. It has a lot more movement in the flight than i expected, and it's super domey. But it has found a place in my bag, I just always think twice before throwing it because of the unusual flight lines the magician finds. (NivΓ₯ pΓ₯ anmelder: Middels)

Definitely reminds me of a K3 Kaze Z for 1/2 the cost. Excellent velvety grip, not too flexy, not too firm, not too flippy (yet), and a nice blunt edge. Distance to push a little past your normal 4-5spd mids. Definitely would recommend for beginners and I will be exploring this more myself... Will update if anything changes! I bought this about a year ago to replace a roadrunner I lost and it never really found a spot in my bag until more recently this year when I thought it would still fit the straight/stable archetype disc I was looking for on tunnel shots. However, to my dismay, I discovered that somehow within the past year (whether due to changes in my form, or occasional beating in), this thing turned into an immediate flipper for me. I still reach for it every once in a while when I need a right finish, but it has become far too touchy for me to rely on if there's ever any wind or if the line isn't perfect for it. I'm also not the biggest fan of its rim as it gets stuck to my fingers sometimes because I do think it's a little small to put a full power grip on. Probably better for lower arm speeds, or anyone that can put a little more finesse on their flip shots, just not my favorite. I liked a beat in roadrunner much more for the consistent flips/turns. I would have rated this disc a 5 star if it didnt flip on a forehand. Pretty great for heavily wooded courses, it holds the line you throw it on quite well and the baseline plastic is very nice I would compare it to K3 plastic. It really reminds me of a cheaper version of the kaxeΒ Z by kastaplast. (NivΓ₯ pΓ₯ anmelder: Nybegynner)

I actually have the ACTIVE PREMIUM Magician from the Tilt Mystery Box. I like the feel of the 1.6 rim int hand. The flight is controllable but stable enough to handle some snap. It has a big dome but it doesn't seem to change the glide much. Glide similar to that of other stable fairways. (NivΓ₯ pΓ₯ anmelder: Viderekommen)
